The Hotel staff were very kind and rooms were excellent and Location of Hotels in both Gangtok and Darjeeling was very good. 2. Food quality was very good. we all really liked it. 3. The Cab drivers were friendly and were never frustrated during our entre tour. 4. The Cabs Provided ( Innova) was in excellent conditions and no issues at all 4. The Cab drivers stopped wherever we asked without any arguments which is really good and they waited patiently without Hurrying up Issues Faced: 1. Post landing at Bagdogra airport we had to wait for 45 min for can to arrive. The Cab arrived finally and we started our journey. In the Mid of Journey, Drrivers boss called driver and asked him to collect additional amount of 3.5k from us as there was a Landslide and threatened to stop the vehicle in case amount was not paid. We had to finally struggle and had to call Bina Travels to Negotiate and paid additional 2K. The drivers boss kept calling and asking driver to collect additional amount immediately.The driver took almost 1 hour 20 min for lunch break . This was too long 2. There was no Proactive follow ups from Travel operator and we had to keep asking about plans for next day every day. 3. There was small Miscommunication with Hotel guys about inclusion of dinner. Finally hotel guy called tour Operator and problem was resolved We would definitely recommend Bina Travels but needs Improvements with certain things mentioned above Cab and hotels were excellent.

Hotel lake paradise is overall good but all electric sockets are non functional in both the rooms but extension board was arranged by the hotel staff which is great help. All the hotels are clean staff are helpful. Hotel Taleju in kathmandu is good. Car given to us is actually a chinese made electric van which they called a luxury van with no view of outside and poor suspension. It requires charging twice on route to Pokhara and Kathmandu. Power cut in charging station is frequent and long queue makes it a very impractical vehicle for tourists who visit for leisure. Driver tried his best to keep us comfortable during the journey. Owner of the agency get offended when I compared the Chinese van with Maruti eco. But actually the van is poor in suspension then eco and cant see anything outside. According to them if the seats are reclining it comes under luxury category.. actually its not their fault the agency already sent the pictures of the vehicle at the time of booking but I mistook it by its look with the luxury tourist van that are used in other South East Asian countries. These vehicles may be a good option only after the highway construction and is completed.

I immediately called my trip co-ordinator from Bali she picked up and within 5mins everyone got calls and sorted out the things with Bali swing operators. I seriously shocked by seeing

Right from the first day of the trip until the last, there was a complete lack of professionalism, communication, and courtesy from both the agency and the vendor. Neither of them made any attempt to check on customer satisfaction, nor did they extend even basic courtesies such as a simple "hello." Despite multiple calls on my part to seek assistance, my calls were consistently ignored. Shockingly, when I withheld the final payment due to these unresolved issues, the agency responded rudely, scolded me, and even refused to facilitate my hotel checkout. Additionally, after collecting the advance payment, they changed the originally promised hotels to inferior properties without my consent. These alternate accommodations were of poor quality and lacked the basic amenities clearly listed in the package. Overall, this experience showed a complete lack of organization, accountability, and respect for customers. The wide gap between promises made and actual services delivered ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip. I had expected far better professionalism, customer care, and ethical business practices from a platform like Travel Triangle and its partners. Based on this experience, I will not be recommending their services to anyone and would strongly urge others to exercise caution before booking. The Ideal Tour scolded me, and even refused to facilitate my hotel checkout. Without giving good star rating the website is not letting save feedback.
